Getting started

A platform admin provisions your organization: its own isolated workspace, sign-in domains, and starting branding.
Staff and students sign in with the accounts they already have (Google or Microsoft), and their role resolves automatically from their email domain, no separate password to manage.
A dedicated demo workspace, pre-loaded with realistic rooms, desks, and bookings, is available to trial before you commit to anything.

Browse available rooms in List, Calendar, Grid, or floor-map view, with filters for date, time, category, level, building, and features.
A booking can route straight to confirmed or into an approval queue, depending on the room's own rules, including alcohol, capacity, and per-room booking limits.
Recurring series support multiple weekdays and exception dates in one request; a closed or blacked-out day is skipped automatically rather than failing the whole series.
Every room can define its own turnaround buffer between bookings, opening hours, and blackout windows.

A second, parallel product for desk-level bookings: a live floor map shows every desk's real-time status, with one tap to claim a free one.
Desks can carry their own visibility rules (restricted to a tag or team), recurring weekly claims, and per-desk “scan to book” QR codes.
One-tap check-in confirms you actually showed up; an unclaimed confirmed booking is automatically released after a grace period.

Every organization gets a genuinely isolated workspace: its own rooms, desks, users, bookings, and audit trail, invisible to every other tenant.
Branding, sign-in domains, and (where set up) a custom subdomain are all configured per organization, not hardcoded.
Room Booking and Hotdesking share one tenancy and one permission model underneath, so there's no bolted-on second product to separately administer.

Utilisation trends, a weekday × hour heatmap, booking-duration breakdowns, and top-room / top-user leaderboards, all scoped correctly to what an admin is allowed to see.
Every chart's underlying numbers export as CSV or a print-ready PDF report. Nothing is locked behind the dashboard view.

A three-tier admin model (full super-admin, room-scoped admin, and read-only helpdesk) enforced at the database layer via row-level security, not just in the UI.
A full, append-only audit trail records every booking decision, admin action, and account change, with a per-booking activity history.

Recurring bookings auto-skip a closed or blacked-out day instead of failing the entire series.
Automated check-in reminders and no-show release keep a room's real availability accurate without any manual admin intervention.
